Merchandise and Refund Policy.

All Sales Final. Exceptions: Delay in delivery in excess of 24 hours from scheduled date of delivery other than unfavorable weather conditions and/or confirmed mechanical problems from Carrier; wrong products sent from our office will be replaced immediately at our cost; spoilage from original shipment at time of receipt must be reported to our office within 24 hours; Act of Negligence by Shipper; and photo proven damages incurred by carrier must be reported to shipper within 24 hours of receipt.

For shipping and sales within the State of Illinois, appropriate sales tax to be added unless Reseller’s Certificate number is provided by purchaser at time of ordering.

Shipping Policy.

All shipments require a street address. We will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Name of recipient, name of business, department in business and contact phone number with extension (if applicable) must be supplied on order form.

Delivery Policy.

Shipping lead time is up to 7 days from time of order confirmation. No delivery for holidays and Sundays. FoodieSpoon ships all orders within the continental U.S. using reliable carriers such as UPS and FedEx. We guarantee all shipments will arrive in good condition and on a timely basis.
